CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Organizer: This contest is organized by Valle Nevado S.A. (hereinafter, the “Organizer”).
2. Duration: The contest will run from March 26, 2025, until April 29, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.
3. Eligibility and How to Participate: Participation is open to all individuals aged 18 and older who access the official contest page through the website www.vallenevado.com and correctly complete the entry form with their personal information. Participation is free and does not require any purchase.
4. Prize and Conditions: The prize consists of a two-night stay for two (2) people at the Hotel Puerta del Sol in Valle Nevado, to be used between Tuesday, September 9, and Friday, September 12, 2025, as chosen by the winner. The prize includes lodging, breakfast, dinner, and lift tickets. It does not include transportation, travel costs (e.g., if the winner resides in another country or region), beverages, tips, or other additional expenses.
5. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected through a random drawing held on April 30, 2025. The result will be published on the Organizer’s website and official social media channels within three business days following the drawing. The drawing will be conducted using the platform https://app-sorteos.com/es/apps/sorteados. However, Valle Nevado reserves the right to use any other platform or application that ensures anonymity and random selection.
6. Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via the email address or phone number provided in the entry form. If the winner does not respond within five business days of notification, the Organizer will conduct a new drawing among all participants to select another winner.
7. Use of Personal Data: Participants expressly authorize the Organizer to use their personal data for purposes related to the administration of the contest and future commercial communications, in accordance with Law No. 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life.
8. Liability: The Organizer is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the winner, nor for unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events that may affect the availability or enjoyment of the prize.
9. Modifications or Cancellation: Valle Nevado reserves the right to modify these terms or cancel the contest for justified reasons, with timely notification to participants through the same channels used to promote the contest.
10. Acceptance of Terms:Participation in the contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions by the participants.
11. For additional inquiries, interested parties may contact the Organizer through Valle Nevado S.A.’s official channels.
12. Employees, directors, immediate family members of Valle Nevado, and agencies related to the organization of the contest are not eligible to participate in this contest.
