- Do you rent helmets?
Yes, we rent helmets for all ages. Helmets are mandatory for children under 12 years of age enrolled in ski or snowboard classes. Helmets can also be purchased at the Valle Nevado Store. - Can I rent only ski or snowboard boots?
Yes, our rental has standard level ski and snowboard boots available. If you only need boots, remember to bring your skis to properly adjust the binding. - Can I rent snow gear?
Yes, you can rent boots, jackets, pants and accessories at our RENTAL WEAR store. Other undergarments and winter clothing are always available at our Valle Nevado Store in Plaza la Góndola and Boulevard del Sol. - Can I rent my equipment and/or clothing at one rental shop and return it at another?
No, it is not possible to do this. By doing so, even if the Rental Equipment receives it, you risk losing your deposit. - Can I exchange my rented ski equipment for a snowboard or vice versa?
Yes, you can exchange your skis for a snowboard or your snowboard for skis, provided there is availability. You can also upgrade your equipment by paying the difference in the rate. - Can I book specific equipment or a demo?
No, it is not possible to book specific ski or snowboard equipment since these are always subject to availability. - What do I do with my skis at the end of the day if I’m going to ski the next day?
If you are staying at one of our hotels, you can leave your equipment in the Ski Rooms in each of them, as well as at the Valle Nevado condominiums. If you are not staying at Valle Nevado hotels or its condominiums, the care and storage of the equipment is the responsibility of the person who rented it. - How long does it take to rent ski or snowboard equipment?
We recommend arriving at the Ski and Snowboard Rental shop at least one hour before you plan to start skiing or before your lesson time. - Do you offer the Rental + Ticket day service?
Yes, it is one of our most popular products. You can check the details and price below. - Does Valle Nevado Ski Rental offer any discounts?
Yes, AMERICAS PASS holders receive a 25% discount. If paying with a Mastercard card, you receive a 25% discount. Discounts cannot be accumulated or exchanged for cash. - Is there demo equipment for children?
No, we do not have high-end demo equipment for children. - When do I pay for my rental equipment(s)?
Full payment is required at the time of equipment rental. - What do I do if I can’t decide how many days I’ll need equipment?
If you’re not renting for multiple days, you must return the equipment at the end of the day and come back the next day you want to rent. You must decide how many days you’re going to rent equipment for and then let the Rental team know when you return the equipment, and they will accommodate your request based on availability. No discounts will apply. - When should I return my ski or snowboard equipment?
If you rented equipment for one day, please return it at the end of the day. If you rented equipment for 2 or more days, please return it at the end of the last day. - What happens if I return my equipment early?
If I return the equipment early, there will be no partial or total refunds. No refunds are given based on wind, weather or snow conditions.
